After an initial contact to understand your needs, I will provide you with a detailed quote and a provisional schedule. Interventions are mainly carried out remotely (telephone, videoconference, remote control). For projects requiring an on-site presence, travel in the Grenoble region is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made by check or bank transfer. Payment is due 30 days upon receipt of the invoice.
Do you support specific and technical projects?
Yes, I support technical and specific projects. To facilitate management, an online customer area allows you to follow the progress of each stage of the project.
What is your experience with Qualiopi certification?
I have passed 3 Qualiopi audits with only one minor non-conformity. With this experience, I master the processes and can advise on suitable tools and solutions to successfully complete your certification.
What geographical areas do you cover for travel?
I work mainly in the Grenoble region, notably in Grenoble, Saint-Martin-d'Hères, Meylan, Échirolles, Eybens, Uriage, Domène, Crolles, and other surrounding towns. Travel expenses are calculated according to the distance.
What is the customer area for?
The customer area allows you to consult your projects and follow their progress step by step. You can also view and download your invoices, get a real-time estimate of the cost of the next maintenance invoice, and access a ticket-based support system.
